Have you ever wondered why some online business’s fail miserably while others succeed? I can tell you 2 Reasons Why Your Blog Or Business Is Failing And What To Do About It.
Most Blogs and Online Business’s Fail For 2 Main Reasons …
#1 – Lacking Actionable Strategies
I know when I first got started I was so overwhelmed with the amount of contradicting information out there and trying to learn on my own what worked and what didn’t. If I knew then what I know now, I would have invested in myself and a mentor right from the beginning!
It is much easier to grow your business when you follow in the footsteps of someone who has already been successful.
Within days of implementing the strategies I learned from 20K in 20 Days, I started seeing massive growth. I also participated in a series of Webinars Kat did and then signed up for her Inner Circle! My Pinterest account grew by over 2ook monthly visitors in only a few days ( now reaching over half a million monthly viewers! ) , my sales increased and my Instagram account started to receive way more enagement! If you look to the right you will see some of my pins and how many times they have been repinned!

I have also invested in continuing to grow my knowledge and learn some other strategies as well. Some other resources I recommend are:
#2 Consistency
One of the biggest problems I see is people not being consistent in their efforts. I often see people posting like crazy for a few days and then you don’t see anything from them again for 2 weeks. I was one of those people! (gasp!)
It can be really overwhelming! That is where a mentor comes in , they can really help you gain clarity and get rid of all the overwhelm.
Being consistent & offering value will help you build relationships and most platforms will favor those who are posting consistently, meaning that your content will get in front of more people.
Simply having great time saving tools that help you automate your business will also help with consistency. Here are some that I use myself!

Contrary to what you have likely been reading, you in fact do not need Tailwind or BoardBooster to grow your Pinterest account. ( Although both have their place) So how do you grow an account without automation? I put it to the test and switched up my pinning strategy for a few days. I disabled most of my scheduled pinning ( I have my own boards looping on Board Booster but let my Tailwind queue go empty) and really concentrated on the following. Â
Tip #1 – Make Your Profile & Pins Searchable
Many people don’t know this but Pinterest is really a big search engine just like Google.
Think about it for a minute, when you want to find something, you type your search terms into a search bar and then are presented with results based on your search criteria.
Pinterest works in exactly the same way! Millions of people are on Pinterest daily searching for something specific. For example recipes, but people are generally looking for certain types of recipes. For example , low carb recipes , gluten free recipes , paleo recipes , dessert recipes and so on.
So you Want to make sure to use descriptive keywords in your Profile Description , Board Descriptions and Pins! Use words that describe you , your product or service.
You can see from the example above that I have used desciptive keywords that tell potential followers what I am all about. Â
And you may think it is fun to name your board something quirky , you do not want it to be irrelevant and you don’t want it to be all about you.
So while you may be tempted to name your boards Things I want to eat Or Things I want to buy , no one cares what it is that YOU want , they care about what they are looking for and a board with that kind of description will not be found in a search. #harshtruth
Tip #2 Be Consistent
You do not have to pin 100’s of pins per day to multiple group boards either. You can pin as little as 3-5 pins per day and still see massive results. Just make sure you are pinning consistently! Pin every day , do not binge pin one day and then not do it agin for a week. Pinterest favors consistency. And when you combine consistency with targeted keywords you make it so much easier for people to find your content and Pinterest is much more willing to share it.
If you really want to master Pinterest , check out my friend Kat’s Course Pin Funnels . I have learned so much from her courses and recently joined her Inner Circle )Â She teaches so much more than Pinterest , she is a Marketing Maven!Â

Are you trying to grow your business and seem to be falling flat?
I was in the same position not too long ago and it is kind or ironic because I was making the same mistakes most other people are.
Want to know what that mistake is?
Please be aware that this site utilizes affiliate links. All this means is that if you click on a link and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Most people think that they will figure it all out on their own and while that may be possible, it will take forever to learn all the inner workings and what is required to grow your business.Such as, what Software works best , How to get people to subscribe to your email list, how to make sales , etc. And it seems that the majority of people are looking for free opportunities to grow their business (or start it) that will never get them anywhere! How do I know this? Because I used to be one of those people and I still see it everyday. If you truly want to run a business, you have to treat it like a business and invest in it. #truth
Grow Your Business

Once I was able to change my mindset and realized what I needed to do , I started investing in courses. Here are 5 courses that I recommend that have helped me tremendously to grow my business & Blog.
1. Marketing Solved –
Ceo Katherine Sullivan has an AMAZING selection of courses JAM PACKED with valuable and actionable information. One of the things I love most about Katherine is that she makes everything SO SIMPLE! Even if you are a comlete Newbie Kat will turn you in to a pro in no time! Out of all of the courses I have taken , hers definitely provide the most value! That is why I am not recommending any one specific course from Marketing Solved because you can not go wrong with any purchase . BUT if you want the most information all in one course , check out Pin Funnels.
2. Blogging Like You Mean It – Carly – Mommy On Purpose
I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to get this one! Carly provides insight that I have not yet seen in other courses and it is also based on manual pinning , not using schedulers like Tailwind or BoardBooster. This course has amazing value with a reasonable price tag. ( Honestly, she could charge way more for this information … ) I can pretty much guarantee if you follow her strategy and remain consistent, you will see MASSIVE growth!
3. Adventures in Blogging – Lena Gott
Lena is a genius when it comes to SEO and she has several FREE Courses available! Here are two to start with!
FREE Blog Traffic Bonus Guide

4. in Practical Boost: Your 101 Quick Start Guide to Pinterest Ads! by Monica Froese
This was one of my favorite courses! I love how Monica shows you how to run targeted promoted pin campaigns on a budget.
5. Holiday Blogger Bootcamp – Caroline Vencil
I had completely discounted Amazon as an income source because of it’s short cookie period. However , Caroline teaches some awesome strategies in the course!
Because I want you to know that it doesn’t matter if you take my course or on of the ones I have listed above , as long as you take action and are consistent in your efforts, you will begin to see measurable results.
